Here at Women First Fitness, we empower, uplift and educate women through physical development, and our 3 ingredients. Our 3 ingredients consist of Physical Empowerment, Nutritional Awareness along with Hygiene importance. Through our 3 ingredients of balance we will focus on molding women to achieve their fitness lifestyle along with aiding in social interactions, mind stability, confidence, consistency and integrity. Our goal is to partner with online presence, and the community to provide women with alternatives that can help women increase their patience , balance emotions, increase self -love, remain grounded and stable through physical development. We at WFF strive on CDC Consistency, Discipline , Commitment, with those three you can achieve and do anything you put your mind too. Our program helps women focus on their skills while adding fitness to their lifestyle and pushes them to achieve their set personal goals. Remember it starts in the mind before it flows through the body.
Our dedicated coaches will ensure to keep you inspired by our interactive program! Not every woman is active however at Women First Fitness we believe it’s important for every woman to remain active, mindful and balanced.
Through the skills taught in our facility and virtual presence , women will develop a positive self-image through guidance and motivation. We are committed to providing a fun and rewarding atmosphere. The skills we teach are used to build healthy minds and bodies. Our objective is not limited to just teaching fitness, but to pass along life skills such as self love, boundaries , leadership, strength, peace, mobility and determination .
je'Marie McDonald is the visionary and leader of Women First Fitness. She believes in empowering women and pushing them to their full potential, with putting themselves first in for the lifestyle the desire. Her story of perseverance and resilience has given her the drive to encourage others. jeMarie provides women with the tools and resources to reclaim their strength and call back their power. She focuses on physical movement's, mindful practices, hygiene importance and nutritional values that align with Women and their body transformation.
As a women we tend to place others before us, from being a wife, mother, daughter and managing a career or business. WFF allows you to focus on being intentional with yourself, by creating a schedule and routine that you adhere too. Remaining Consistent , Discipline, and committed with yourself first will allow you to remain grounded and able handle any experience while flowing through any situation thrown at you.
