Gain access to a 6 week or 12 week active commitment online plan that is catered to your strength level. There are also one on one training options. We meet women where they are in their journey. We have level options to choose from when selecting your program. Beginner (runner up) , Intermediate (shifting gears) , Advanced ( go getter). The stages will allow you to level up the without compromising your physical ability while still challenging yourself to become consistent, discipline and committed to be better for yourself.
Classes will gear towards physical empowerment , personal development, hygiene, and nutritional guidance.
Do not be alarmed if you are interested in a particular class or online plan, but do not see it listed in the shop. Send us an email and we can further discuss your request.
